Terms of Service

SpawnClip was previously known as SnapClipo (and originally Reevu, and before that ClipBounty). Only the product name has changed — the service and the company operating it are the same, and these Terms continue to apply.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpawnClip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

SpawnClip is a marketplace that connects brands with content creators for user-generated content (UGC) campaigns. Brands can post campaign briefs, and creators can submit content in exchange for payment upon approval.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use SpawnClip. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their content. Upon submission approval and payment, brands receive a license to use the content as specified in the campaign brief.

5. Payments

SpawnClip facilitates payments between brands and creators. A once-off 9% platform fee is charged when a brand deposits funds — the brand chooses whether to pay the fee on top of the deposited amount or have it deducted from it. No further platform fees apply to campaign funding or creator payouts. Brands must fund campaigns in advance via SnapScan (deposits are requested in-app and verified manually by our team). Creator payouts are calculated automatically per approved submission, locked at the time of approval, and paid out directly by the SpawnClip team via bank EFT, SnapScan, or crypto to the creator's registered payment method. Payouts are processed manually and typically sent within 1–3 business days of approval.

6. Platform Rules

Users may not submit misleading, copyrighted, or inappropriate content. SpawnClip reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
